Oliver Evan Bodey

Oliver Evan was born on January 27th, 1877 in Dooen Vic.¹ Oliver Evan's father was James Bodey and his mother was Annie Harris. His paternal grandparents were John Bodey and Jane Bowes; his maternal grandparents were John Evans Harris and Mary Luff. He had five brothers and five sisters, named James Harris, Herbert John, Walter, Matthew George Ernest, Henry, Ida Jane, Bessie, Emma Annie, Florence and Alice Ethel. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 82 on April 17th, 1959 in Mount Gambier SA.¹
