Matthew Walmer Bodey

Matthew Walmer was born on September 15th, 1883 in Rupanyup Victoria.¹ Matthew Walmer's father was Matthew Bodey and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Stewart. His paternal grandparents were John Bodey and Jane Bowes; his maternal grandparents were Alexander Stewart and Ann Beggs. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John Wicklow, Alexander Stewart, Ivan Victor Hilliard, Annie Beggs, Jane Bowes, Hope Lyle and Mary Stewart. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 62 on May 21st, 1946 in Bulart Cavendish Vic.¹
