Edward John Bodey

Edward John was born on November 21st, 1882.¹ Edward John's father was Joseph Bodey and his mother was Hannah Mills. His paternal grandparents were John Bodey and Jane Bowes; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Mills and Charlotte Sutton. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Albert William, George Joseph, Clara Jane and Charlotte Victoria. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 70 on October 23rd, 1953. His burial was in Mount Gambier SA.¹¹
