Edward Bodey

Edward was born on July 16th, 1861 in Woodside SA.¹ Edward's father was John Bodey and his mother was Jane Bowes. His paternal grandparents were Matthew Bodey and Ann Eleanor Carr; his maternal grandparents were James Bowes and Susan Bolton. He had seven brothers and a sister, named Matthew, James, John Joseph, William Thomas, George, Richard John, Joseph and Ann. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 85 on March 11th, 1947 in Wandella Bostocks Creek Camperdown Victoria.¹
