Isabella Blanche BURGESS

Isabella Blanche was born on October 22nd, 1872 in Horton, Tas.¹ Isabella Blanche's father was William BURGESS and her mother was Sarah Jane NASH. Her paternal grandparents were Richard BURGESS and Johannah SAUNDERS. She had a brother and seven sisters, named Francis, Martha, Louisa Laura, Jane Elizabeth Maria, Alice Mary, Selina (Tottie), Maude and Mabel Isabelle. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She had seven half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William, David, Edward, Frederick, George Henry, Alfred Albert, Walter, Mary Ann and Eliza. She died at the age of 5 on September 15th, 1878 in Launceston, Tas.¹
