Phillip Richard was born in 1911.¹ Phillip Richard's father was Philip Knight BUGG and his mother was Muriel Ivy Mabel HOLDEN. His paternal grandparents were Philip Knight BUGG and Louisa SMART. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Ellis, Harold James, Elsie, Ruby and Lillian. He died at the age of 73 on July 10th, 1984 in Burnie. Tasmania.¹
