Dorothy Florence was born in 1890.1   Dorothy Florence's father was William BUCK and her mother was Elizabeth Celia SHAW.  Her maternal grandparents were Joseph SHAW and Catherine (Kate) WILSON. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Lesley William, Walter Douglas, Edward Isaac, Cecil Horace, Frederick Charles, Charles Eagle Knight, Edith Lillie, Ethel Kate and Dorothy Beryl.  She was the sixth oldest of the ten children. She had two half-brothers named Ro(w)land Watson and Ernest Roy.
