Mary Ellen was born on April 17th, 1865.1   Mary Ellen's father was William BROWN and her mother was Mary KERRISON.  Her maternal grandparents were Stephen KERRISON and Mary GOODINGS. She had five brothers and five sisters, named John Thomas, William Edwin, Peter, James Nelson, Daniel Frederick, Margaret, Caroline Eliza, Martha, Elizabeth Jane and Harriett Agnes. She had a half-sister named Caroline.  She died at the age of 67 on November 30th, 1932.1
