Mary Frances BOWES-LYON

Mary Frances was born in 1883.¹ Mary Frances' father was Claude George BOWES-LYON and her mother was Cecilia Nina CAVENDISH-BENTIN. Her paternal grandparents were Claude BOWES-LYON and Frances Dora SMITH; her maternal grandparents were Charles CAVENDISH-BENTIN and Caroline Louisa BURNABY. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Patrick, John Herbert, Alexander Francis, Fergus, Michael Claude, David, Violet Hyacinth, Rose and Elizabeth Angela Marguerite. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 78 in 1961.¹
