Gertrude BOTTLE

Gertrude was born in 1874 in Melbourne North, Vic.¹ Gertrude's father was William Alexander BOTTLE and her mother was Jane Elizabeth POPE. Her paternal grandparents were Harry BOTTLE and Elizabeth Pugh SCULTHORP. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Henry Alfred, William James, Walter, Albert John, Lucy Annie, Alice Jane, Matilda Mary and Frances Mary. She was the seventh oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 1 in 1875 in Hotham, Vic.¹
