Anne was born about 1501 in Blickling Hall, Norfolk, England.1   Anne's father was Thomas of Wiltshire BOLEYN and her mother was Elizabeth HOWARD.  Her maternal grandparents were Thomas HOWARD and Elizabeth TILNEY. She had a brother and a sister, named George Rochford and Mary.  She died on May 19th, 1536 in Tower of London, London, England.  Her burial was in Chapel Royal, Tower of London, London, England.1 1
