Mildred BEST

Mildred was born on December 5th, 1894 in District of Sheffield, Tas..¹ Mildred's father was Edward BEST and her mother was Alice Louise WILLIAMS. Her paternal grandparents were John BEST and Amelia SMITH; her maternal grandparents were John WILLIAMS and Elizabeth LIDDEL. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Philip, Roy Leigh, Aubrey Edward Owen, Alexander John, Kathleen May and Alice Isabel. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 82 on October 29th, 1977. Her burial was in Mersey Lawn Cemetery, Devonport, Tas..¹¹
