Rose BASSETT

Rose was born in 1877.¹ Rose's father was William Rowe BASSETT and her mother was Harriett HANCOCK. Her paternal grandparents were John BASSETT and Caroline ROWE; her maternal grandparents were John Steven HANCOCK and Caroline KERRISON. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Charles William, Bertram Martin, Lancelot Leslie, Violet, Caroline Rowe, Mabel Caroline (Harriett), Lillian and Florence Irene. She was the second oldest of the nine children.
