Tasmania..1   Stanley Russell's father was James ARMSTRONG and his mother was Frances CARTY.  His maternal grandparents were Michael CARTY and Margaret NORTON. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Michael, Ernest James, Leslie Osborne, Jack, Mary Frances, Verona Irene and Bernadine Margaret.1
